This is the best of the best! Classic Cheesecake will become a family favorite.
Ingredients
- Crust: 1/4 pound butter, melted
- 16 double graham crackers, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Filling: 2, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk, scant
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- Topping: 1/2 pint sour cream
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Directions
- Make the crust by combining butter, sugar, graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon. Press into a 10 inch pie plate.
- Combine filling ingredients and mix until creamy. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
- Mix topping ingredients together and spread evenly on top of cheesecake. Bake an additional 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool completely before serving.
