This is the best of the best!  Classic Cheesecake will become a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • Crust: 1/4 pound butter, melted
  • 16 double graham crackers, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Filling: 2, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk, scant
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • Topping: 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions

  1. Make the crust by combining butter, sugar, graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon. Press into a 10 inch pie plate.
  2. Combine filling ingredients and mix until creamy. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
  3. Mix topping ingredients together and spread evenly on top of cheesecake. Bake an additional 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool completely before serving.
