This dip is not only delicious, but can be made in minutes making it the perfect appetizer for unexpected guests.


  • 1 5-ounce can whole baby clams, drained
  • 1 cup prepared tomato salsa
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice


  1. In a small serving bowl, combine the clams, salsa, parsley and lime juice until well combined.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips or baked wedges of pita bread.
