I love the mixture of fish in this dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans crushed tomatoes w/juice
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 teaspoons basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 halibut fillets, cubed (make sure it is deboned)
  • 10 prawns
  • 10 scallops
  • 10 mussels
  • 10 clams

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except seafood in crock pot. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
  2. Add seafood about 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Turn crock pot on high and stir gently once or twice.
