Cinnamon Tincture is made by combining a grain alcohol with cinnamon and letting it stand for a three-week period to infuse. Add this intensely aromatic liquid to teas, herbal infusions, coffee or cocktails.
- 4 ounces whole cinnamon sticks
- 16 ounces grain alcohol
- Place the cinnamon sticks and the spirit into an air-tight jar and set aside for 3 weeks to properly infuse.
- Once the designated time has passed, strain the liquid, discarding any solids, and place into a bottle.
