- 2 cups raw pumpkin seeds, rinsed and dried
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a bowl, toss the seeds with the butter, cinnamon and sugar.
- Spread pumpkin seeds evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown stirring every 5 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
