Ingredients
- 3-4 pound chuck roast
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1/3 cup creamy horseradish
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
- Brown the roast in oil over medium heat, place it in the slow cooker. Spread the horseradish on the roast, then add water. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
