Christmas Tree Cookies are made with cornflakes, marshmallows and dyed green. Shape into triangles and place a red cinnamon candy on the top for a festive tree shape.

Ingredients

1 stick butter, unsalted
1 teaspoon vanilla
30 large marshmallows
2 teaspoon green food coloring
3 1/2 cups cornflakes
small red cinnamon candies,

Directions

In a double boiler melt butter, vanilla, marshmallows and food coloring. Add cornflakes and mix well. Shape mixture into triangles and add red cinnamon candy on top.
