Cynar, an Italian bitter apéritif liqueur made from 13 herbs and plants, has become quite a mainstream staple in mixed drinks since bitter liqueurs have become popular. Try it in this vermouth, allspice Dram and Cynar blend.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces Rum
- 1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
- 1-1/2 barspoon Allspice Dram
- 1-1/2 barspoon Cynar
Directions
- Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice.
- Stir the mixture slowly for 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
