Christmas Lime Salad is sweetened with marshmallow cream.

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package lime gelatin
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients with 1 cup boiling water. Stir until marshmallows dissolve. Refrigerate until partially set. Blend in whipped cream, pineapple, cream cheese and pecans. Chill until set.
