Simple chocolate truffle candies.
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Melt the butter and cocoa over low heat, stir until smooth. Stir int he milk until smooth and glossy, about 4 minutes. Mix in the vanilla.
- Refrigerate for about 3-4 hours and then form into balls. Refrigerate until firm, about 1-2 hours. Store chilled.
