- 1 cup tofu, drained
- 2 bananas, broken into chunks
- 4 tablespoons instant cocoa mix powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- Taking half of the ingredients, blend on high until smooth and creamy. Repeat with other half, Sprinkle with nutmeg is desired.
