Frozen raspberry blended daiquiri with a splash of creme de cacao.
- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup raspberries, semifrozen
- 3 ounces white rum
- 2 ounces white creme de cacao
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
- Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
