Not all appetizers need to be savory or served before a meal. Try this sweet recipe for a chocolate and peanut butter cheeseball and serve as a fun dessert with some graham crackers and vanilla wafers after your main meal.
Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce block of cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Directions
- Place the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter into a bowl and beat until thoroughly blended. Fold in the chocolate chips and then form the mixture into a large ball.
- Put the cheeseball into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set, then remove and roll in the chopped pecans to coat. Serve immediately.
