Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Chocolate and peanut butter coated Chex cereal bites.

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 8 cups Rice Chex cereal

Directions

  1. Melt the first three ingredients over low heat, stir frequently. Pour over the cereal and stir to coat. Spread onto wax paper and allow to cool for 1 hour. Once cool, break into pieces.
