Chocolate a l'orange smoothie

I woke up parched and seriously craving an orange this morning. I turned the orange into a smoothie -- and brought in orange granola and chocolate hazelnut butter to turn a single orange into a holiday-appropriate breakfast.


  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • Toppings: orange scented granola, drizzle of chocolate hazelnut butter


  1. Add the orange, banana, oats, milk and flax into a blender.
  2. Blend it until smooth.
  3. Top it with toppings!
