Chocolate Munchin Cake is a great after school snack.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups unsifted flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/3 cup chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
confectioner's sugar for dusting

Directions

Stir together first three ingredients. Add next six. Mix with blender at slow speed. When well blended, pour into a greased and floured 8 inch square baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
