An all-time kid’s favorite and perfect way to get more fruit into a picky eater’s diet.
- 1 cup of chocolate low fat milk or soy milk
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter
- Place the milk, banana, ice cubes and peanut butter into a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve.
