An all-time kid’s favorite and perfect way to get more fruit into a picky eater’s diet.


  • 1 cup of chocolate low fat milk or soy milk
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter


  1. Place the milk, banana, ice cubes and peanut butter into a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
