A tasty and creamy chocolate cookie cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 ounce white rum
  • 1 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur
  • 4 gingersnaps, crumbled

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
