This is great to dip fruit in.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 14 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp espresso

Directions

  1. Place heavy cream in a double boiler.
  2. Heat and stir until it bubbles.
  3. Reduce heat to a simmer.
  4. Add chips and espresso and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour into a Fondue pot.
  6. Serve
