This is great to dip fruit in.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 14 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp espresso
Directions
- Place heavy cream in a double boiler.
- Heat and stir until it bubbles.
- Reduce heat to a simmer.
- Add chips and espresso and stir until smooth.
- Pour into a Fondue pot.
- Serve
