This bubbly drink is often referred to as an Egg Cream even though there is no egg in the ingredients. I think Chocolate Fizz sounds far more inviting.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces lite chocolate syrup (about 2 tablespoons)
- 4 ounces cold lowfat 2% milk (about ½ cup)
- 3 ounces cold seltzer water or club soda
Directions
- Pour chocolate syrup into an 8 to 12 ounce glass.
- Add milk.
- Top with seltzer and stir.
