This bubbly drink is often referred to as an Egg Cream even though there is no egg in the ingredients. I think Chocolate Fizz sounds far more inviting.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces lite chocolate syrup (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 4 ounces cold lowfat 2% milk (about ½ cup)
  • 3 ounces cold seltzer water or club soda

Directions

  1. Pour chocolate syrup into an 8 to 12 ounce glass.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Top with seltzer and stir.
