Creamy chocolate and coffee desssert.


  • 6 tablespoons chocolate liqueur
  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cup hot black coffee
  • 2 cups fat-free chocolate ice cream


  1. Pour the liquer and gelatin into a blender. Let set for 1 minute. Pour in the coffee and blend until the gelatin has dissolved. Scoop in the ice cream and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into dessert cups and refrigerate until set.
