Creamy chocolate and coffee desssert.
- 6 tablespoons chocolate liqueur
- 1 envelope plain gelatin
- 1 1/2 cup hot black coffee
- 2 cups fat-free chocolate ice cream
- Pour the liquer and gelatin into a blender. Let set for 1 minute. Pour in the coffee and blend until the gelatin has dissolved. Scoop in the ice cream and blend until smooth.
- Pour into dessert cups and refrigerate until set.
