Chocolate Clusters can be placed in decorative candy paper cups for a festive look on a dessert tray. 

Ingredients

  • 1, 6 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 1/3 cup unsalted nuts---pecans, peanuts or walnuts

Directions

  1. Over very low heat or in a double boiler, melt together the honey, chocolate, and water. Stir in nuts. Cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet covered with waxed paper. Chill to harden.
