Chocolate Clusters can be placed in decorative candy paper cups for a festive look on a dessert tray.
Ingredients
- 1, 6 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 1/3 cup unsalted nuts---pecans, peanuts or walnuts
Directions
- Over very low heat or in a double boiler, melt together the honey, chocolate, and water. Stir in nuts. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet covered with waxed paper. Chill to harden.
