Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- Beat egg, applesauce, yogurt and vanilla.
- Blend flour combination into yogurt mixture.
- Fold in bananas and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
