These fun brownies will soon become a family favorite!
Ingredients
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 egg whites
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
Directions
- Combine oats with boiling water and set aside until water is absorbed by oats.
- Cream egg whites, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, vegetable oil and bananas.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa and soaked oats.
- Blend flour combination into egg mixture.
- Pour batter into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
