Potato chip and cheddar cheese crusted trout fillets.


  • 2 pounds Gult trout
  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a casserole dish.
  2. Coat the fillets in the salad dressing, place in the prepared dish. Combine the potato chips and cheese and sprinkle over the fish.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
