Potato chip and cheddar cheese crusted trout fillets.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Gult trout
- 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a casserole dish.
- Coat the fillets in the salad dressing, place in the prepared dish. Combine the potato chips and cheese and sprinkle over the fish.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
