A quick and easy cheddar and potato chip topped baked fish dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds sole or orange roughy
- 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a baking dish.
- Coat the fish in the dressing and arrange in the prepared pan.
- Mix together the chips and cheese and sprinkle over the fish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
