These are finger lickin good and tender.
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 pounds spareribs
- In a medium bowl combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic.
- Brush the mixture on both sides of ribs.
- Place in crock pot.
- Pour remaining sauce over all.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
