Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 4 (6 ounce) flounder fillets
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine the soy sauce and vinegar in a small bowl.
- Arrange each fillet on a 15x12-inch sheet of aluminum foil. Top each with ginger and spoon a tablespoon of the soy sauce mixture. Sprinkle green onions on top.
- Fold over the foil and seal the edges. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
