Baked flounder dinner.


  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 4 (6 ounce) flounder fillets
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, chopped


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine the soy sauce and vinegar in a small bowl.
  3. Arrange each fillet on a 15x12-inch sheet of aluminum foil. Top each with ginger and spoon a tablespoon of the soy sauce mixture. Sprinkle green onions on top.
  4. Fold over the foil and seal the edges. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
