This Chinese salad is authentic, exotic and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon chilli paste
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped whole lime
- 1/2 tablespoon shrimp paste
- 1/4 cup fried wheat dough
- 2 teaspoons chopped ginger flower
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup cooked jelly fish
- 1/4 cup diced turnip
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup diced raw mango
- 1/4 cup beans sprouts
- 1/4 cup diced tofu
- 1/2 tablespoons tamarind water
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 parsley, chopped
Directions
- Take large bowl, add all the ingredients in it and Mix well.
- Place lettuce leaves on plates.
- Place the mixture over it.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
