This Chinese salad is authentic, exotic and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon chilli paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped whole lime
  • 1/2 tablespoon shrimp paste
  • 1/4 cup fried wheat dough
  • 2 teaspoons chopped ginger flower
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup cooked jelly fish
  • 1/4 cup diced turnip
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup diced raw mango
  • 1/4 cup beans sprouts
  • 1/4 cup diced tofu
  • 1/2 tablespoons tamarind water
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1 parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Take large bowl, add all the ingredients in it and Mix well.
  2. Place lettuce leaves on plates.
  3. Place the mixture over it.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve.
