Quick and easy egg drop soup.


  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water


  1. Bring the broth to a boil.
  2. Beat the egg until bright yellow and slowly pour into the broth. Mix in the salt.
  3. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add to the soup. Stir until thickened.
