Quick and easy egg drop soup.
Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Bring the broth to a boil.
- Beat the egg until bright yellow and slowly pour into the broth. Mix in the salt.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add to the soup. Stir until thickened.
