An easy, saucy chicken thigh slow cooked dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 (1 ounce) packet onion soup mix
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- Rice, cooked
Directions
- Add the chicken to a greased slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients, except the rice, in a separate bowl and pour over the chicken. Cook covered for 6-7 hours on low. Serve over the rice.
