Infuse your extra-virgin olive oil with Thai peppers, and use to add extra flavor to your stir fry dishes or to drizzle on roasted vegetables.


  • 4 Thai peppers
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil


  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil with the peppers. Cover and let the mixture infuse for at least 48 hours at room temperature.
  2. Using a fine mesh sieve, strain the olive oil into a glass bottle and cover tightly.
