- 4 Thai peppers
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil with the peppers. Cover and let the mixture infuse for at least 48 hours at room temperature.
- Using a fine mesh sieve, strain the olive oil into a glass bottle and cover tightly.
