Quick, hearty hot lunch. Chicken and chili in sourdough.

Ingredients

  • 2 sourdough rolls, unsliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can chili
  • 1 (6 ounce) can chunk-style chicken, drained and flaked

Directions

  1. Carefully slice the end off of the sourdough and hollow out the center, careful to not cut the crust.
  2. Heat the chili and chicken until cooked. Scoop into the bread and seal closer with a piece of the hollowed out bread.
