Quick, hearty hot lunch. Chicken and chili in sourdough.
- 2 sourdough rolls, unsliced
- 1 (8 ounce) can chili
- 1 (6 ounce) can chunk-style chicken, drained and flaked
- Carefully slice the end off of the sourdough and hollow out the center, careful to not cut the crust.
- Heat the chili and chicken until cooked. Scoop into the bread and seal closer with a piece of the hollowed out bread.
