Delicious tamale casserole.

Ingredients

  • 2 (14 ounce) cans chili con carne
  • 6 tamales
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups crushed corn chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Pour the chili into the slow cooker. Add tamales, onions, chips and cheese. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or high for 1 1/2-2 hours.
