Delicious tamale casserole.
Ingredients
- 2 (14 ounce) cans chili con carne
- 6 tamales
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups crushed corn chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Pour the chili into the slow cooker. Add tamales, onions, chips and cheese. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or high for 1 1/2-2 hours.
