- 1-1/2 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce Tamarind-Chile Syrup
- 1 lime wedge
- Place the tequila and syrup into a cocktail shaker and then fill halfway with ice.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for 35 seconds and then strain into a rocks cocktail glass.
- Squeeze in the juice from the lime wedge and serve immediately.
