This chile con queso dip packs a bit of a punch, and easy to make in the slow cooker.
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chili without beans
- 1/3 cup diced onion
- 1 (16 ounce) jar hot picante sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
