A creamy, cheesy yellow squash side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound yellow squash
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
  • 2/3 cup shredded longhorn cheese
  • 2/3 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Cook the squash in salted water until tender-crisp. Drain. Return to the pan and combine with the remaining ingredients. Serve while still hot.
