This Asian-inspired citrus dipping sauce with a kick is ideal served with vegetable rolls


  • 2 tablespoons Asian fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 small red chile, minced


  1. Place the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, water and chile into a bowl and whisk together until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a small dipping bowl and serve immediately.
