This Asian-inspired citrus dipping sauce with a kick is ideal served with vegetable rolls
- 2 tablespoons Asian fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 small red chile, minced
- Place the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, water and chile into a bowl and whisk together until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Transfer the mixture to a small dipping bowl and serve immediately.
