Chicken with white beans casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cans (10.75 ounces each) condensed tomato soup
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cans (16 ounces each) white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 large onion chopped, approximately 1 cup
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Combine and mix all of the ingredients except the chicken in a shallow casserole dish. Place chicken on top
- Bake for 50 minutes, until the chicken is done. Stir before serving.
