Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch pieces
- 2 can chicken broth
- 4 red potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 stalks of celery, sliced
- 3 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except water and cornstarch, in crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Turn on high.
- I small bowl mix cornstarch and water, stir until smooth.
- Stir into stew.
- Cook uncovered 30 minutes.
