Chicken Marseilles

Chicken with gravy over brown rice, slow cooker dinner.


  • 4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (2 ounce) packet leek soup and dip mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Brown rice, cooked
  • 3/4 cup sour cream


  1. Add the chicken to a greased slow cooker. Mix together the butter, leek soup, dill weed, milk and water in a saucepan. Heat until the butter has melted. Stir well and pour over the chicken. Cook covered for 3-5 hours on low.
  2. Place the chicken breasts on a platter over the rice. Stir the sour cream into the cooker to form a sauce and pour over the chicken.
