Chicken with gravy over brown rice, slow cooker dinner.
- 4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (2 ounce) packet leek soup and dip mix
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- Brown rice, cooked
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- Add the chicken to a greased slow cooker. Mix together the butter, leek soup, dill weed, milk and water in a saucepan. Heat until the butter has melted. Stir well and pour over the chicken. Cook covered for 3-5 hours on low.
- Place the chicken breasts on a platter over the rice. Stir the sour cream into the cooker to form a sauce and pour over the chicken.
