Slow cooked chicken loaf.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 15 saltine crackers, crushed
- 4 green onions, finely chopped with tops
- 1 egg
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix everything together in a large bowl.
- Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray. Shape the meat into a loaf and place in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
