Slow cooked chicken loaf.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 15 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped with tops
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in a large bowl.
  2. Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray. Shape the meat into a loaf and place in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
