Easy chicken livers stroganoff recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 cups thinly sliced onion
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 pound chicken livers, halved
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- hot cooked rice
Directions
- Saute the onion in the butter. Mix in the chicken livers and add the seasonings. Slowly brown. Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Mix in the sour cream, heat through. Serve over rice.
