Easy chicken livers stroganoff recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups thinly sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 pound chicken livers, halved
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • hot cooked rice

Directions

  1. Saute the onion in the butter. Mix in the chicken livers and add the seasonings. Slowly brown. Cover and cook on low for 10 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Mix in the sour cream, heat through. Serve over rice.
