Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken livers
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 (6 ounce) large can whole mushrooms
- 1/2 cup red wine
Directions
- Slowly saute the livers in the oil. Mix in the wine and mushrooms. Heat through. Serve with rice.
