Crisp kabob of chicken liver and bacon.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound chicken livers
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Cut the livers 1/2 inch thick. Slice the bacon into 1 inch pieces.
- On a skewer, alternate the bacon and liver pieces using 6 bacon and 5 liver.
- Melt the butter and pour over the prepared skewers.
- Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit until crisp.
