Crisp kabob of chicken liver and bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound chicken livers
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. Cut the livers 1/2 inch thick. Slice the bacon into 1 inch pieces.
  2. On a skewer, alternate the bacon and liver pieces using 6 bacon and 5 liver.
  3. Melt the butter and pour over the prepared skewers.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit until crisp.
