Chicken L' Orange only sounds fancy but it's easy to make and delicious served with rice.
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup Heinz 57 Sauce
- 1/4 cup orange marmelade
- In skillet slowly saute chicken in butter 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Mix cornstarch and juice, stir in sauce and marmelade. Pour into skillet, heat, and stir until thickened.
- Place chicken in sauce and cook until hot.
