Chicken Fingers are smothered in tomato sauce.


  • 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon each garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste


  1. Combine chicken, egg, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into finger size rolls. Place on a lightly oiled baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Mix tomato paste with 1/2 cup water. Pour tomato paste mixture over chicken rolls. Bake for 25 minutes longer or until liquid has evaporated.
