Chicken Cornelia has a creamy sauce and is sprinkled with crunchy Chinese noodles.
- 4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
- 1 can Chinese noodles
- Place chicken breasts in casserole dish in single layer. Combine next 3 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Pour over chicken.
- Bake uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 50 minutes. Sprinkle noodles over chicken. Bake for 10 minutes longer.
