Slow cooked chicken burrito mixture served on tortillas.
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) jar chunky salsa
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4-6 tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Mix together the first four ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Scoop into the center of the tortillas, sprinkle with cheese and then roll up.
