Slow cooked chicken breasts with wild rice and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken pieces, browned and cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (!4 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (8 ounce) package wild rice mix

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
