Slow cooked chicken breasts with wild rice and vegetables.
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken pieces, browned and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (!4 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (8 ounce) package wild rice mix
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
